Do I have to be a renter to work with you?
No. Our services are designed for the sorts of challenges that renters commonly face, but homeowners can face these challenges too.
Do I have to be in the Boston area?
No, we offer virtual, hybrid, and in-person services.
How long does it take?
In brief, it depends. Secondhand sourcing can take awhile, as it is subject to availability. Don't worry, we won't abandon you though. The best design happens over time!

Services are available on a sliding scale, and we will talk with you to make sure you don't pay more than you feel able to pay.
